I am the founder and CEO of Bay Centre Inc d/b/a as Bay Centre Health and Wellness and Bay Centre Coaching Group. I am an ICF Master Certified Coach. Since 1990, our company has represented the following fields: mental health; school psychology; life, executive, and corporate coaching and consulting; academic coaching; and wellness services such as hypnosis, massage therapy, mindfulness, yoga, nutrition, and wellness coaching. In our wellness organization we use an integrative approach that begins with a comprehensive 360-degree look at your life, career, health and wellness, or other dimensions of your life. In our coaching group we have helped organizations with leadership development and leadership programs, strategic planning, board development, emerging leader programs, core competency development, customized surveys such as employee satisfaction and engagement surveys and customized 360 surveys. We also offer corporate and executive assessments such as personality, emotional intelligence, and more. Life, health and wellness, and professional life does not happen in a vacuum.
