A resident of the Florida Gulf Coast for the past 28 years, Noelle White joined the Studer Family of Companies as the Retail Operations Director in 2021. Noelle has thrived in leading and developing multi-unit teams across the Southeast for 25 years, holding senior leadership roles most recently with Harbor Freight Tools and Limited Brands.

Noelle finds joy in identifying potential in rising leaders and building collaborative high-performing teams. Noelle specializes in coaching teams through transition and organizational change, believing anything can be said with “kindness, professionalism and good intent”.

When she is not living the SFOC mission with her teams in Florida and Wisconsin, Noelle can be found cheering on the Wildcats or at Hangout Fest with her husband and teenage son.
