Buddy & Nikki Cummings are entrepreneurs and cofounders of Cummings Camp Programs, LLC (CCP) a Growth Advisory firm that specializes in working with entrepreneurs and their organizations to build strong foundational practices throughout their companies that position them for Scale.

The “Couple-Preneur” partners have worked together for 18-years and have built and sold multiple organizations across diverse industries. Including a renewable energy company, they founded and built to become an industry leader with over 500 employees, winning multiple awards at county and state levels. Today, they are active in commercial real estate project developments and other business ventures.

Cummings Camp Programs, combines their expertise and passion to help equip leaders and their teams to build organizations that reflect purpose, servant leadership, profitability, stability and overall organizational health. The Here to Serve® Method of Business Operations & Culture Creation, along with their Freedom Factor Programs support and unify leaders and their teams.

Buddy & Nikki are passionate advocates and philanthropists, they are mentors for SCI’s VMS Program at The Spring and can frequently be found speaking at schools and leadership events. On Weekends, you’ll find this Wild-by-Nature duo, and their 3 kiddos, fishing and soaking up the sun at home in Florida, in their Sprinter Van, El Jefe, on some new expedition (#VanLife), riding ATVs and on their cattle ranch in California, or sneaking in some winter snowboarding trips, grateful for those perfect “pow” days!
