Emotional Intelligence: Your Superpower in the Workplace

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

The word “resilient” has been referenced as one of the keys to overcoming the challenges we faced individually and collective over the last year, but how does one become resilient? How do we learn to thrive in a world of unknowns? Having emotional intelligence continues to be the number one predictor of performance in the workplace , and has never been more vital than it is today. Being aware and understanding your emotions and the emotions of others can create positive change resulting in a “safe” work environment. After the mental and emotional challenges that we’ve faced, this critical leadership skill will help you and your team connect, engage and remain resilient in the face of change. It isn’t the just the tough who push through the day to day challenges, it’s those who have accepted what is in front of them and choose to go anyway that do as well. This session will help you reset your thoughts on emotional intelligence and reimagine in a way that you can take back to your business, relationships and life today!
